As an investor, I have seen that property resale takes time. There are interested buyers, but they negotiate too much due to low demand.

Living in Sholinganallur is peaceful. Good roads, markets, and proximity to Akurdi railway station make daily life convenient. Rents are reasonable too so I am happy living here

Several types of properties are available here for renting and the locality is safe with well-built roads but OMR gets congested during peak hours almost daily

I bought an apartment here five years ago, and property value has appreciated well. I even find tenants very easily here.

Bought an apartment in 2018. Value increased by 25%. Society has a strong resident association and maintenance is well-managed.

I found here affordable 2BHK options with decent amenities. Commute to tech parks is smooth. However, traffic during peak hours can get frustrating.

My tenants prefer this location for its affordability, but they often complain about the lack of nightlife and entertainment hubs.

Sholinganallur has major IT companies and offices in and around. Traffic congestion during office hours is common here. All amentities like schools, colleges, hospitals, supermarkets and restauarants are closeby. Bus,train and metro access all acessible from this place. Best for IT workers and students looking for rent or buy a home near to office or college.

I stay near OMR, and the daily commute is easy because Rajiv Gandhi Salai links straight to my office. Buses from Sholinganallur and Karapakkam are frequent, and the airport metro is about 15 km if I need to fly. Schools and hospitals are close, so daily life is simple. Weekend shopping is easy at Sekaran Mall or BSR Mall.

Sholinganallur is close to major offices like Infosys, HCL, Cognizant, Wipro, Accenture, etc. That creates steady rental demand and low vacancy. Due to expressway and ECR access, I expect stable appreciation over the long term.

The peak-hour traffic on OMR and Perumbakkam Main Road is tiring. I often take buses, since metro access is far. Rainbow Children’s Hospital and HCL Health Care are there for emergencies.

There are good schools nearby. My kid go to Ramana Vidyalaya and we have quick access to Chettinad Multispeciality Hospital. East Coast Road is nearby for beach drives. It’s a lively place.

We can reach Infosys and Accenture in minutes. There are some good temples such as Sri Subramanya Swamy and Sri Prathyangira Devi that my parents like. Daily needs are covered by neighbourhood stores, and major malls aren’t far.

Commute to OMR office parks is super easy from here. Bus connectivity is great. The main road junction gets heavily jammed during evening rush hours, but daily life is sorted.

Rent is on the higher side because of IT crowd. Houses are decent but water supply comes via private tankers only, which is a major daily headache. Autos overcharge.

Walking is tough because bikes use the footpaths to escape traffic. The inner colony roads have big potholes that never get repaired. It gets very loud on weekends.

Great place for bachelors or students. Plenty of food courts, tea stalls, and cheap PG options near the main road lines. The area feels extremely safe at night.

Customer footfall is good since many tech employees stay around here. Garbage collection is regular. Only issue is zero parking space for cars on the main stretch.

Power supply is steady across most sectors here. The basic drainage works fine and roads don't flood during normal monsoons. Supermarkets and chemists are close by.

Many preschools and kids hospitals are within 1 km distance. The area stays busy till late night so streets feel secure. Main issue is the heavy traffic noise.

I come here for official work often. The traffic congestion during evening hours is a big pain. Finding a spot to park a car on the roadside is impossible.

High rental value because professionals prefer this commercial layout. Basic facilities like broad main roads are in place. Properties get rented out within a week usually.

Groundwater levels have gone down completely and water tastes salty now. We are fully dependent on private tankers. Traffic near the toll area is getting worse daily.
