We live in a gated society here and the area has all the necessary amenities. Malls and local grocery stores are nearby for quick haul. And our society has a small gym and community hall too. Maintenance charges are fair for the services. Commuting is also easy with metro and bus stops nearby.
Sector 47 is renowned area. I love that it has decent flats at good prices. but the metro is far and public transport is poor
It is close to the NH 248A but the roads are bad and footpaths are unwalkable especially on the main roads. the waterlogging during rains make it even worse
