We enjoy calm mornings and evening walks here on quiet lanes. There are multi-specialty hospitals and good clinics nearby. The neighbourhood feels safe and friendly. But garbage trucks come only twice weekly, which can lead to smelly lanes sometimes.

I own a 2 BHK flat here, which I have given on rent. Demand is steady from IT and sales professionals mostly. I get rent on time every month, and the area is lively during evenings. But it's not very safe to live alone.

I am a retail investor and I own a small shop in Raheja Mall. Footfall stays high during weekends, and I generate good income. Good area with basic facilities easily available.

I went to Raheja Mall last weekend and really liked the surrounding. There are many local eateries and food stalls nearby as well. The traffic was a bit slow but the overall environment was good.

We live in a gated society here and the area has all the necessary amenities. Malls and local grocery stores are nearby for quick haul. And our society has a small gym and community hall too. Maintenance charges are fair for the services. Commuting is also easy with metro and bus stops nearby.

Sector 47 is renowned area. I love that it has decent flats at good prices. but the metro is far and public transport is poor

It is close to the NH 248A but the roads are bad and footpaths are unwalkable especially on the main roads. the waterlogging during rains make it even worse

Sector 47 is a well developed area that many families consider. we live here because of the corporate proximity. All of my family members are in the IT industry so this area works just fine

Living here means you get access to literally everything. There are big malls like raheja and good earth city mall and many renowned hospitals here like park hospital. cafes and brewaries are plenty too

Sector 47 is a mix of residential and corporate spaces which brings in good amount of crowd and so the appreciation is steady. Its low risk but also slow. If metro expansion takes place, it can flourish better
