Sector 15 is calm and livable. You’ll need a bike or scooty though as the public transport isn’t very frequent, especially after 9 PM.

One of Faridabad’s premium residential pockets. Great for end-use or rental. Limited commercial noise and excellent livability make it a strong investment bet.

Sector 15 has always held its charm. We’ve been here over 15 years and the area is clean, green, and safe. Good maintenance, and people generally follow rules here.

I’ve been renting here for a year now. Good connectivity to Delhi and metro is nearby. Slightly pricey, but the lifestyle and safety make it worth it.

The quality of life here is impressive. Good water supply, decent roads, and minimal power cuts. Independent houses are still in demand. Great for families.

If only they could resolve the power cuts and water supply issue, this would be such a great place.

Its a comfortable area but during the weekends the area is very different. It noisy and parking is such a headache.

I wouldn’t call it high-growth, but Sector 15 holds its value well.

It’s not a booming area, but the peace and reliability make it a good long-term choice.

The roads are decently maintained and there’s a nice community feel.

After checking flats in Sectors 14 and 16, I finally rented one here. The rent is a bit higher, but I like being able to walk to nearby grocery stores and not depend on my bike for every small errand.

Built our home here nearly 14 years ago, and I'd make the same decision again. The sector has stayed clean and residential, and even today people specifically ask about Sector 15 when looking for a house.

It is close to some reputed schools. Best for families. Apeejay School is nearby, where I send my kid. Earlier, school pickup took almost an hour daily. Now it's barely a 10-minute drive, which has made weekdays much less hectic.

My office is in Nehru Place, so I usually drive to Neelam Chowk Ajronda Metro Station. Finding parking is manageable, but if I leave after 8:45, the traffic near NH 44 slows everything down...`

Fifteen years here, and one thing that hasn't changed is how peaceful the internal streets feel. Even after dinner, people still go for walks around Central Park, which gives the locality a nice community feel.

A few months ago I had regular physiotherapy sessions at Fortis Escorts Hospital. The hospital being just a short drive away saved us from travelling across Faridabad every alternate day.

Honestly, I like visiting this sector because it doesn't feel chaotic. My relatives stay here, and except for the traffic near Crown Plaza during weekends, getting in and out is usually smooth.

I've seen several builder floors here get sold within weeks, especially those on wider roads. The locality continues to attract families rather than short-term buyers, which I see as a positive sign.

I attend classes near ESIC Medical College, so the commute is easy most days. The only issue is getting a shared auto after college in the evening because they're usually packed.

I own a stationery shop close to Apeejay School, and business always picks up before the new academic session. Parents regularly stop by for books and supplies, so those weeks are the busiest for us.

Moved here after my landlord increased the rent in Sector 16. Paying a little more here has been worth it because the locality is quieter, and I can get groceries and other essentials within a short walk.

We've owned our independent house here for almost 16 years. What I appreciate most is that Sector 15 has retained its residential character while property values have steadily improved over time.

Every weekday starts with dropping my son at Apeejay School. The drive barely takes 10 minutes, and not spending an hour in traffic has made family life much easier.

My office is in Nehru Place, so I usually take the metro from Neelam Chowk Ajronda. Missing the early train means dealing with both traffic and crowded coaches... mornings can get stressful.

I've lived here since 2009, and evening walks around Central Park are still part of my routine. It's one of those sectors where you still see neighbours chatting outside instead of rushing everywhere.

A few months ago my wife needed regular check-ups at Fortis Escorts Hospital. Being just a short drive away saved us a lot of travel, especially during follow-up visits every week.

Honestly, I enjoy visiting relatives here because the sector feels organised. The only time I avoid coming is Saturday evening, when the roads near Crown Plaza become noticeably busier.

I've visited several builder floors here before making investment decisions. Homes on wider internal roads usually receive stronger buyer interest, and owners aren't very eager to negotiate heavily.

I study at ESIC Medical College, and the commute is simple most days. The only issue is getting a shared auto from Bata Chowk Metro Station after classes because they're usually packed.

I run a cafe close to Apeejay School. Mornings are busy with parents grabbing tea after school drop-offs, while afternoons stay comparatively quiet until office-goers start coming in.
