Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad

It is a decent place for families. Schools and coaching centres are plenty, so good for kids. Area is not too crowded. But water supply is irregular, especially in summers.

Visited my nephew’s home in Pratap Vihar. Area is quiet, not much noise. Residential colonies are simple and okay for middle-class families. Streets were decent, not too crowded.

Pratap Vihar is safe for women. I go to the market alone, even in evening, and never feel scared. Auto and rickshaw are easily available. But no proper park where kids can play freely.

I have been living in Pratap Vihar for over 15 years. The area is peaceful, and most things are within reach. You get ration, medicines, and doctors nearby. But roads are narrow and dusty in some parts.

We have been staying here for 3 years. Local market is lively, and milk, veggies, and medicines are always easy to find. Only drawback is that the drainage system needs improvement.

This area is quite calm compared to other parts of Ghaziabad. Security is okay, and people are decent. Roads get crowded in the evenings due to school traffic.

Pratap Vihar is a low end area. It has parks and small shops but lacks modern apartments. Parking is tight in most areas

We chose Pratap Vihar for our family because it offered good schools and medical access in a budget we could afford. still the traffic is an issue

Pratap Vihar may not be luxurious but it gives comfortable lifestyle. That said, it should imrpove the drainage system has have more green spaces

Compared to many Ghaziabad or Noida options, I found this more affordable. But do keep an eye on builder quality and service delivery here. Civic infrastructure is a bit poor too

Markets and Atms are close by. My workplace is also close to i don't have to rely heavily on metro or buses. Air quality is a bit low and traffic noise is a problem for me
