I enjoy living here because it’s close to my IT office. Traffic is bad during rush hours, but otherwise, it’s convenient and safe.

I bought a flat in 2018, and the property value has gone up steadily. The area is developing well, though drainage needs improvement.

The locality is well-connected but gets waterlogged during heavy rains. It’s manageable but a bit inconvenient during monsoons.

The rental market here is solid. Young professionals keep the demand going. I’m happy with the yield and investment so far
