Write a Review

Staying here makes going to Gachibowli very easy since the metro is right at Miyapur crossroads. I just take a share auto from my lane, hop on the train, and the whole travel time is sorted. Traffic on the main road is heavy but manageable.

The water scene here is a massive headache. The whole area gets municipal water only for one hour every alternate morning, so we are completely running on private tankers now. Rent is already 25k for a simple flat, plus this extra tanker cost daily is too much.

Living here is okay because clinics and big pharmacies like Apollo are everywhere on the main road, so getting medicine is never an issue. But walking on the footpaths is impossible. They are completely blocked by vegetable stalls and parked bikes, it is very unsafe.

Plenty of cheap mess food and PG options around the Hanuman temple lane. NGL the area feels quite safe even when walking back late from the main road after group studies.

During monsoon it is a total nightmare because the drainage system here is completely broken. Just one heavy rain and the roads near the main junction look like lakes. Water enters the smaller lanes and everything gets jammed for hours.

Business is decent because a lot of people stay around here, but parking is a daily battle. Customers have no place to park cars on the road and GHMC keep clearing vehicles. It is very stressful to manage every day.

It is a good area if you want everything close by. There are at least 3 top schools within a 2 kilometer radius, and lots of small parks for evening play. Groceries and supermarkets are just a short walk away.

The area and street food scene near the main road has some great tiffin centres and tea spots that stay busy till midnight. Finding auto drivers who agree to use the meter is the only challenge.

The rental demand here is very high right now because of the metro terminal. Flats never stay empty for more than a week. It is a solid place for regular income since so many IT workers prefer staying here.

Dust from all the heavy vehicle movement is getting out of hand. The main roads are filled with construction trucks going towards Bachupally and the air quality feels so bad always coughing if you ride a bike here.
