I shifted here 2 years ago, and it’s been smooth. The locality is clean, green, and peaceful. Great for families and pet parents too.

You’ll find parks everywhere here, and they’re actually maintained well. Morning walks feel refreshing and safe. It’s a peaceful escape in the middle of Ghaziabad.

The traffic can get a little annoying during peak hours, especially near Shipra Mall, but the overall locality makes up for it in comfort and amenities.

Public transport is a bit of a hit or miss here. Autos and cabs are fine, but I really wish we had a metro closer.

I’ve stayed in Delhi and Noida, but Indirapuram just feels more liveable. Cleaner, less noise, and way better security in gated societies.

Great area to live in. close to Noida and Delhi and roads like NH-24 and delhi meerut highway makes it easier to commute without much traffic

No doubt the rent is much cheaper than most prime areas but some low lying regions have waterlogging and drainage issues. Also the inner blocks have barely any space for parking and feels congested.

It's a well known area in Ghaziabad and many people prefer buying a home here but lately the air and noise pollution has disrupted the peace of the area. there's also problems with sewrage especially during monsoon.

The sector I live in is well maintained and very green. I love how close it is to many big malls like Jaipuria and aditya centre. Feels safe to live here. always vibrant

Rental market is great. demand is high so amenities keep developing and upgrading in societies. The downside could be the lack of direct metro from here

Indirapuram is an amazing locality. Very vibrant and safe. I live in a rented flat and its close to the Jaipuria Mall. The rent can be a bit high but considering the amenities and safety standards, it is a lovely place to live in

The area has so many luxury apartments, especially the saya gold avenue and krishna apa garden. there are big malls and cafes and cinema halls around the corner and transport links are also easily accessible

It is a posh area and also peaceful. The apartments are well maintained. There is presence of both affordable and mid premium properties which caters to all budget groups. But the traffic is a big issue especially on the raj nagar extension road

Indirapuram is a nice area with good facilities. I live near Ashiana Greens and its quieter than vaibhav anand area. There is Yashoda medicity hospital nearby and many good places to hangout.

The locality is surrounded by strong range of social facilities. from schools to hospitals to small clinics, it has everything. Also, due to its connectivity via road and railway, rental demand is good. However, the metro connection is not strong. the closest one is Vaishali metro which is around 5 km away

Indirapuram is vert vibrant and well established but crowded too..the traffic is insane sometimes..but living here has its perks too..you're close to almost everything and life feels convenient

The area is safe and livable..apartments are spacious even though a bit expensive but living alone, i value safety more so it makes sense
